DR. EDMUND N. DELLE-PRESIDENT
|
As the old adage says "a thousand miles of a journey begins with a step" is what I prefer to describe the work of CAPSDH since its inception about fifteen years ago. It has not been easy in defending, promoting and protecting the rights of individuals, especially the voiceless and vulnerable ones and above all the rights of people living with HIV/AIDS.
Our main problem has been sponsoring and funding for some of our health and human rights projects. Occasionally, the organization receives some support from other benevolent institutions and individual contributions. Notably, among these institutions are Rabito Group of Clinics which has been the main source of funding in logistics and in cash and the Ghana AIDS Commission.
CAPSDH is a non-profitable, non-religious, non-political and non-sectarian organization whose main interest as stated above is to advocate for the observance of human rights and protection of human health in Africa through education, research and advocacy.
CAPSDH also provides victims of HIV/AIDS, refugees, and torture victims with medical treatment, material support and legal assistance.
As you acquaint yourself with our website we are of the firm belief that you would appreciate our work in the past and present and may like to associate with us to champion this noble cause. Our organisation is open to every individual and organization. Therefore we entreat you to register with us now to help and promote human health in Africa.
Thank you. |
